Meditation and Vibration

To experience the maximum benefits from vibrational medicine including sound therapy, aromatherapy, yoga, flower essences and earth medicines, it is essential to have a meditation practice. My mindfulness meditation practice has given me the ability to perceive on a more subtle level and to reflect on my habitual thought patterns. If we are able to sense the faint whisper of a dis-ease developing in our subtle, energetic field, we can bring our awareness to this and shift the energy before it becomes physical and much harder to navigate. Mindfulness and body-awareness is essential to the transformational potential of these healing modalities. Let’s start with the basics!
